Australian Innovative Systems (AIS) is a manufacturing company that specialises in the research and development of state-of-the art salt-water chlorinators and since 1974 has provided chlorination equipment for thousands of families in Australia and around the world. Over the years the activated anode material was always imported for the electrolytic cells. Within the last 5 years AIS has developed technology for the manufacture of activated anodes here in Brisbane. As a direct result of our research and development programme, we now produce a higher quality anode with a life span which is currently the best available.

Our premium grade commercial anodes which are self-cleaning with reversing polarity every six-twelve hours have a working life of approximately 45,000 hours. We are not aware of any company that can claim such a life span.
